pretty pets!

"pretty pug"

Well wouldn't you know.....take away the pressure to do something and I'll happily stitch away!
It appears I may make more animal pieces in the months OUTWITH the challenge I set myself for the month of May.......
ah well.....mum always did say I was fickle!... :)

"Bilbo"
And I never saw myself stitching a lilac rat...but when the lovely Karen told me about her dear whiskery friend "Bilbo" and how she'd like me to capture him in stitch, it was impossible to refuse.

Karen very eloquently shares her wee tale of Bilbo here.....
What I found the dearest of all (other than that Karen made scrambled eggs in olive oil to keep is coat glossy..sooo sweet!)  was that his fave treat was peas :)x

I hope you are out of your "fankle" - I am really quite pleased to have learned that word... Now there is a simple way to describe my constant state of being! Ha!
