Different directions!

Turning......between what I know, and what I could be.

This is my current painting in progress...I had stuck on part of an old dress pattern as the background without any intention and the 2 words " turning .... between " jumped out.
The story of where I'm at right now....
a desire to stay with the safety and comfort of what I know while also wanting to step forward into ALL that I can be :)
You can't do both at the same time...that is for sure..so which one will win?
Watch this space :)
Happy Friday every one. I'm off for a party over here with some fellow painters...so grab yourself a paintbrush and follow if you dare :)

  3. I love the sentiment behind this - I know exactly what you mean about taking that leap to be all that you know you could be, I wish I had the courage (and the financial security) to do just that! This is a lovely piece - so creative.

  4. Hi Jenny, another master piece! I love the idea behind it... I'm going through a similar transformation. I've hardly had time to do any creative work lately but my mind is gently sorting out new ideas and concepts. I wonder what will unfold?

  22. When taking that step forward, into the unknown, pack a bag of safety and comfort and bring it with you. There is no rule that says you must go into uncharted waters without a map.

You are so talented and do such beautiful work. Let that be what secures the solid foundation for your steps forward.

Happy journeys into the unknown - embrace it and enjoy the ride!

    Cheers, Jenny
